  • What is included in my services?

    Great question! Our service includes a soothing shampoo and steam treatment. If needed, hair is provided for all styles. We also offer complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as Wi-Fi and TV to keep you comfortable and entertained throughout your visit.

  • Are your services for women and men?

    Yes! I welcome both women and men to my services.

  • Why do I need to upload my ID for services?

    For my safety and to prevent any potential fraud, I require a valid ID when booking a hair service. This helps ensure secure and accurate verification of appointments. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

  • Are you accepting microloc transfers

    At this time, I am not accepting transfers for microlocs.

  • How much are microloc installations?

    Please refer to our microloc pricing grid. Kindly note that these are starting prices and may vary.

  • Do you offer any type of loc extensions?

    I do not provide any loc extension services, including for both traditional locs and microlocs.

  • When do your bookings open?

    To help clients maintain their routines, bookings open two months in advance, typically on the 21st of each month.

  • I need an appointment asap, but i don't see any available slots.

    I get it! Last-minute plans can come up, making it difficult to book an appointment in advance. Please fill out our "Squeeze In " form, and we will do our best to respond within 12-24 hours.

  • Do you offer services for children?

    At this time, I only offer services for clients aged 17 and older. Thank you for understanding!
